Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
- Check guests in and out seamlessly, handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports during overnight shifts.
- Maintain front desk operations by managing guest records, processing payments, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within hospitality or hotel management environments.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest population effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and perform administrative tasks efficiently during overnight shifts.
