Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, service, and repair appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment with precision.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inventory of parts to support ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in repairing mechanical systems and equipment across various industries.
- Proficiency in appliance repair, HVAC system repair (including air conditioning and HVAC/R systems), refrigeration maintenance, and kitchen equipment servicing.
- Skilled in reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices to keep facilities running smoothly.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients about repairs or maintenance needs.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology trends to stay current with industry standards.
- Ability to operate construction tools safely; experience with construction projects is a plus.
- Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and mentorship in maintenance tasks.
