What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant Saturday and Sunday position at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Hill?
The Microtel by Wyndham South Hill is currently accepting applications for part-time Breakfast Attendants. Shifts start on Weekend from 4:30am-11am. Those with previous restaurant server experience and a spirited, friendly disposition with an emphasis on guest services are encouraged to apply.
SKILLS:
- Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous while making them feel right at home.
- Ability to promote position relations with all guests asking them about their stay, what brings them to the area and other friendly conversation
- Ability to exercise good judgment at all times and report issues to their supervisor
- Ability to think clearly, quickly, maintain concentration and make concise decisions in pressure situations.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
- Ability to focus attention of details.
- Ability to move throughout the work areas.
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
