- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and handle incoming correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and managing office equipment.
- Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support financial record-keeping.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and proofreading communications.
- Support medical or dental reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
