Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, or carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
- Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules and completing assigned tasks with precision and enthusiasm
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and steamers
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to cleaning practices
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning products is a plus
- Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required
