This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist based in San Francisco, CA. The candidate will manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, and support sales objectives. Responsibilities also include customer relationship management, creating compelling content, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business strategies. Remote work is permissible for part of the week, subject to company policy.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales, including planning and executing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
