Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a global marketing communications strategy aligned to business growth objectives
- Define and evolve messaging, positioning, and value propositions across multiple markets
- Ensure a strong, consistent global brand with effective regional localisation
- Own and develop the global brand strategy
- Oversee website direction, content structure, and optimisation
- Lead social media and digital presence across key platforms
- Drive thought leadership through technical content, white papers, and executive visibility
- Define global strategy for trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Ensure strong alignment between event activity, brand positioning, and demand generation
- Oversee execution and measure ROI of all event activity
- Partner with sales and business units to support pipeline growth
- Define KPIs and track the effectiveness of campaigns and content
- Continuously optimise marketing performance based on data and insights
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on brand and market perception
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing communications team
- Manage external agencies and regional partners
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture
- 10 years’ experience in marketing communications, ideally within B2B, industrial, or technology-led environments
- Proven track record of delivering global marketing strategies across multiple regions
- Experience working closely with technical teams such as engineering or product
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at senior level
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Background in power electronics, energy, semiconductors, or industrial technology
- Experience managing global agencies and partners
- Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin) are a plus
