For more than 40 years, Micross extensive hi-reliability capabilities have served the global Aerospace & Defense, Space, Energy, Medical, Industrial and Fabless Semiconductor markets. Micross possesses the sourcing, packaging, assembly, engineering, test and logistics expertise needed to support an application throughout its entire program cycle.
Perform duties to quote and sell counterfeit mitigation services to new and existing customers; interact with production planner to ensure delivery of products and services in keeping with customer expectations; confer with customers to verify satisfaction with results; work within the limits of standard or accepted practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Generate revenue by soliciting and booking orders
• Communicate with prospective customers to understand and interpret technical requirements and explain types of services provided by Company.
• Work with the regional sales managers to develop new customers as Growth customers.
• Amend orders as required; validate delivery schedules and shipment methods, and support any customer support requested in the processing of the order.
• Confer with customers to verify satisfaction with product or to resolve any complaints and concerns.
• Submit periodic sales activity reports.
• Respond to inquiries providing information related to products, pricing, delivery and availability
• Track opportunity funnel and provide bookings forecast information.
• Travel when necessary to support regional sales team and/or represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Gain competitive intelligence to ensure the best offer is presented.
• Meet regularly with RSMs to ensure that sufficient effort is applied to open opportunities.
• Responsible for developing and meeting sales goals in collaboration with other ISRs.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years selling microelectronic services or products to OEM customers
- Must be a US Person
