Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work from procedures, travelers, customer specification sheets, work orders, shop orders, production sheets, audit sheets, quality bulletins, die maps and sample requests
- Verify microchip backing, mask ID, orientation, counts, labels, lids, trays, and clips
- Manually view each die in lot and make determinations of compliance with required visual inspection criteria, removing die that arc rejected
- Complete production sheets and travelers indicating dates, amounts, compliance and other required data
- Replace rejected Wash and remove foreign material from die
- Track finished die in computer
- Audit trays of inspected die for compliance with requirements and complete audit sheets
- Maintain written and practical inspection certifications
- Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies
- Follow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures as required
- Must learn and be able to interpret Military specifications for internal visual inspection
- Needs to be trained and certified to perform this job

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in inspection preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Must pass training and certification requirements
- Must pass vision examination
- Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining quality standards
- High-energy, results-focused self-starter
- Ability to exercise flexibility with quickly changing data requests
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently
