Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Packaging Department. This position plays a key role in preparing and labeling lab supplies with precision and care. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is eager to learn our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and apply labels accurately to various lab supply products
- Package items according to company standards and customer requirements
- Learn and utilize internal software systems for data entry and inventory tracking
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the packaging area
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all labeling and packing tasks
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and confidence using software tools
- High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and data entry
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and frequently use hands for labeling and packaging
- Dependable and willing to learn and grow with the company
Schedule & Availability:
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Set schedule between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available based on workload
