Outbound Telesales Representative (Contract)

Summary:
This is a dynamic and high-impact sales role focused on driving commercial revenue growth across a defined portfolio of corporate and high-potential small-to-medium business customers. The individual in this role owns the full sales cycle, from proactive demand creation and pipeline generation to deal execution and close, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering a white-glove experience for high-value accounts. Acting as the central quarterback across customers, partners, and internal teams, this person ensures seamless co-sell execution and leverages programs and incentives to accelerate deals. Beyond day-to-day selling, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping scalable sales motions and emerging AI-driven selling initiatives, contributing to consistent year-over-year revenue growth and an elevated customer experience across the managed portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary seller for assigned corporate and SMB accounts, protecting, growing, and acquiring customer revenue across the portfolio
Drive year-over-year revenue performance through active account management and direct customer relationship building
Own opportunities from discovery through close, orchestrating across partners, pricing, and internal teams to unblock and accelerate deals
Provide white-glove concierge support for high-value deals and ensure seamless execution
Execute both reactive and proactive pipeline generation, including outreach campaigns to uncover net-new opportunities and expand into underpenetrated accounts
Act as quarterback between internal teams, partners, and customers to enable co-sell execution and align engagement strategies
Enable partners with deal support, programs, incentives, and guidance to drive consistent lead routing and co-sell outcomes
Track and manage pipeline, reporting, and performance metrics to maintain visibility and accountability
Feed learnings back into sales playbooks, programs, and incentives to improve the overall sales motion
Support the evolution of telesales and AI-driven selling models, identifying gaps and driving improvements
Requirements:
5 or more years of sales execution and negotiation experience
5 or more years of account management experience
5 or more years of pipeline generation and management experience
Experience selling or supporting laptop and tablet solutions strongly preferred
Background in technology industry sales, particularly within hardware or device categories, is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, plus 2 or more years of sales and negotiation experience
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, plus 2 or more years of sales and negotiation experience specifically with laptop and tablet solutions

Pay Range*: $26.50 - $30 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
