Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Research market conditions and gather information to determine sales of Microsoft’s products or services. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Analyze consumer needs, synthesize competitive information, identify growth opportunities, and create marketing campaigns. Evaluate market potential and return on investment (ROI) of key programs to help drives sales or determine areas of potential investment or divestment. Develop an understanding of Microsoft’s product portfolio to analyze strategic priorities, competitive position, gaps, and potential opportunities. May support and review product roadmap, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to ensure effective marketing campaigns. May leverage data driven insights to augment the adoption and integration of processes and tools by stakeholders across an area or subsidiary. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
-Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Market Research, Marketing Management, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience: 24 months of experience developing, managing, and implementing digital marketing initiatives and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
-Specific Skills: This position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following: Market Research and Competitive Analysis; Product Positioning and Messaging; Content Development; Sales Enablement; Customer Insights; Metrics Tracking; and Project Management.
-Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG14800829), in Redmond, WA, is $147,600 to $177,600 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
