Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) rhythm of business, which may include analyzing and coordinating functions that impact schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budget. May lead and guide the work of technical staff, and serve as a point of contact to both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Business, and Finance disciplines within Microsoft. Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify business risks and opportunities regarding product lines and product lifecycle transitions, generate business metrics, and follow-up on Executive IBP commitments and actions. Implement best practices to optimize business performance and meet customer needs, such as material purchases, product transition curves, and manufacturing capacity. Perform scenario analyses and analytics around various factors (e.g., supply-and-demand scenarios, last-time buy prediction modeling, end-of-life product planning) to improve services, guide actions of downstream stakeholders, and to support decisions made during the routine cadence of weekly and monthly IBP meetings. Requires domestic travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.
Minimum Requirements
-Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction Management, Management Technology, Business, or a related field.
-Experience: 36 months experience analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data for business planning and strategy development.
-Specific Skills: This position requires 36 months of experience in each of the following: Reporting and Analytics; Data Visualization using Microsoft Power BI or DAX; Big data modeling and analysis; ETL; SQL; Python; and Risk Management in Construction.
-Requires domestic travel up to 25%.
-Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG16986544), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $151,300 to $181,300 per year.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 10 scheduled paid holidays, and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off.
