We’re seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations and support warehouse activities.
This role is ideal for someone with shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience who can lead a small team and ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
Candidates must be able to commute daily to our Oldsmar, Florida office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise daily warehouse shipping operations and support shipping staff
- Prepare shipping documentation, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight carriers
- Export compliance for international shipments
- Prepare commercial invoices, harmonized tariff codes (HTS), and customs documentation for international shipments
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and handling of sensitive electronic components
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking, shipping records, and documentation
- Work closely with Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist in training, guidance, and support for shipping personnel
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve shipping issues or delays
Job Requirements:
- 2 years shipping or warehouse supervisory experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, and shipping platforms
- International shipment experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
