What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Executive position at MicroRam Electronics, Inc.?
MicroRam provides unmatched quality products and services to our customer base of OEM's, CEM's, brokers and distributors. We are currently looking to expand our Sales team.
Candidates will be responsible for successfully selling electronic components into various industry segments, customers and territories.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that has a passion for sales. You must be comfortable prospecting for new business, qualifying those companies, and closing sales. This position requires at least 1 year of previous successful sales experience in franchised or independent electronics distribution. This is a full-time work from home position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active customer base.
- Meeting established goals, budget and objectives established by management.
- Linked In research and phone calls to develop and qualify leads and prospects.
- Establishing relationships with buyers and management at OEM, CEM and EMS companies.
- Manage incoming requirements and quoting procedures.
- Coordinate all customer order transactions and order management.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 1 years of successful sales experience in franchised or independent electronics distribution required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Committed to quality and customer service.
- Ability to make proactive decisions and handle customer service related issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Career driven with a professional attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- MS Office 365 experience with Excel, Outlook and Word.
- MS Dynamics 365 experience a plus.
- Compensation-Base salary commission - based on experience.
