As a Staff DRAM Architect, you will play a central role in defining, analyzing, and optimizing DRAM systems. You will drive new features, develop tools and methodologies, guide cross‑functional innovation, and mentor engineers as we build the future of memory.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions and tools to optimize DRAM performance, power, and system behavior
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to test ideas, evaluate effectiveness, and refine solutions
- Lead innovation for future memory generations
- Communicate complex technical concepts across diverse engineering groups
- Mentor and train team members as new features and tools are developed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 3 years in the memory industry with an MS degree, or 5 years with a BS degree
- Experience in memory design and product engineering, memory specifications and operations, or memory system architecture and usage
- Experience with LPDDR5/6, DDR5/6, GDDR6/7, or HBM3E/4
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a drive to explore new solutions
- Ability to analyze complex system or organizational challenges and propose innovative approaches
- Deep understanding of memory‑related technologies and industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
