Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC
Transfer, develop, maintain, and improve the process health, cost of DRAM nodes which are introduces from TD or other HVM fab to ID1 fab including module health, yield ramp, cost reduction and quality improvement to production level. Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement. Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems. Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation/ optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step. Lead/ participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction. Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC. Support site to site portability. Manage/ audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives. Support internal and external audits.

- Mainstream memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, NOR, and SRAM;
- Device physics;
- Process Integration and Circuit/Architecture issues as related to memory;
- Data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
- Semiconductor process for various process areas, including dry etching, photolithography, CMP and thin films;
- Statistical process control and process control systems.
