Conduct root cause investigation and failure analysis in a time-sensitive environment. Drive best-in-class yield, low cost, and quality. Improve process capability and process margin by running DOE in collaboration with the process team. Monitor trends and sustain line stability. Improve device performance by addressing top detractors to improve yield and reliability. Run workshops on next-generation devices during tech transfer. Position requires 20% international travel.
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Electronics, or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in an Engineering-related occupation.

Position Requires
- DRAM/Flash memory;
- High Volume Manufacturing or FAB;
- Semiconductor fabrication with focus on areas such as yield ramp, reduction of cost, and quality improvement;
- Semiconductor device physics - transistor operations, scaling limitations and reliability;
- CMOS and characterization needs;
- Writing and analyzing experiments (SWR) and DOEs;
- Process Integration experience with transfer documents (PRD), module ownership, technology ramp, and mature technology sustaining;
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot module health;
- Structured problem-solving using methodologies like Kepner-Tregoe, Fishbone, DMAIC, 8D and/or Model based problem solving
