We operate and maintain complex water systems that power innovation every day. Our work directly supports innovative TD fabs while upholding the highest standards for safety, reliability, and environmental stewardship.
As the TD Water Services Operations and Maintenance Manager, you will lead the daily performance and long-term health of all TD-site water systems. This role is central to keeping TD manufacturing running smoothly and safely. You’ll guide a combined operations and technical team, partner closely with engineering and TD customers, and shape strategies that balance reliability, cost, and future growth. If you enjoy leading people, solving complex operational challenges, and making a visible impact, this role offers both scale and purpose.

Responsibilities
- Lead operation and maintenance of UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and supporting water systems for the TD site
- Ensure high system availability and rapid response to operational issues and emergencies
- Drive reliability, asset integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use data, metrics, and trend analysis to improve performance, cost, and efficiency
- Develop and lead the team through clear priorities, coaching, and performance management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of facilities experience in semiconductor or related industry
- 4 years of people leadership or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of water treatment, UPW, or wastewater systems
- Advanced knowledge of semiconductor water, UPW, and wastewater treatment systems
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety laws affecting water systems
- Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and reliability
- Proven ability to lead change, build culture, and develop talent
