Position Overview
As an HBM Product Engineering Intern, you will join a dynamic team responsible for delivering high-quality memory solutions to Micron’s customers. This role blends technical depth with customer engagement and AI innovation, offering exposure to product validation, external-facing activities, and intelligent automation. You’ll help validate early silicon, analyze performance data, and build AI-powered tools that drive smarter product decisions.

You’ll help validate early silicon, analyze performance data, and build AI-powered tools that drive smarter product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Validate HBM silicon and support debug efforts across die and stack levels.
- Analyze test data and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare user documentation, presentations, and status updates for customer-facing engagements.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to automate data analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive diagnostics.
- Participate in multi-functional meetings with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Support internal and external communication of product status, risks, and landmarks.
- Minimum standing in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of memory architecture, especially HBM or DRAM.
- Familiarity with digital circuit concepts and CMOS transistor operation.
- Experience with Python, C , or C for data analysis and automation.
- Exposure to Linux/UNIX environments.
- Analytical approach with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Experience or coursework in AI/ML, including model development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with customer engagement or technical support.
- Familiarity with product validation workflows and performance benchmarking.
- Interest in building intelligent tools to improve engineering efficiency.
- Previous internship or project experience in semiconductor or memory systems.
