These systems include Ultrapure Water (UPW), industrial wastewater treatment, groundwater, and water reclaim operations within the ID1 high-volume manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing all water treatment systems and managing the operations of water technicians.

Job Summary
Micron is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Water Services Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a team of technicians responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing site-wide water systems. The role involves overseeing all water treatment systems and managing the operations of water technicians.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of water systems and infrastructure to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supervise preventive maintenance and work order completion, ensuring equipment and tools are safe and properly maintained.
- Support installation, modification, maintenance, and decommissioning of facilities equipment in alignment with operational standards.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and training programs to ensure consistent, safe, and effective operations.
- Monitor system and equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply corrective actions to improve reliability and uptime.
- Lead efforts to eliminate equipment defects and recurring alarms using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Manage improvement projects focused on enhancing equipment performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, including energy-saving initiatives.
- Generate reports and analyze performance data using Microsoft Office tools to support decision-making and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance or operations environment.
- 2 years working within water treatment systems, mechanical/electrical systems, and/or industrial safety standards.
- 2 years experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- 2 years experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., EPA, OSHA, local water quality standards).
