Key Accountabilities:
- Lead weekly customer communications to provide status updates, manage expectations, and address technical inquiries.
- Represent Micron professionally in all customer interactions, ensuring clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication.
- Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring tooling builds and milestones are met.
- Assess manufacturing feasibility for new products and processes.
- Create detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for all new projects.
- Facilitate PFMEA reviews with internal teams and implement corrective actions.
- Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) for tooling and equipment to be installed at Micron.
- Analyze customer part prints to confirm manufacturability and tolerance compliance.
- Support validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), analyze data using Minitab, and prepare reports for customers.
- Collaborate with process engineers to develop and document molding processes.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and documentation, reporting regularly to the Engineering Manager.
- Finalize and release all project documentation for production readiness.
- Provide production support to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support project success.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastics, tooling, or manufacturing engineering
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with SolidWorks preferred
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices
- Experience with Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
