ERP Specialist "Epicor"

Hutchinson Manufacturing Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Epicor ERP Specialist. This is a 1st Shift opportunity Monday through Friday 5x8's. This position would require travel between facilities (Mid-Continent Engineering, Micron Metalworks, Elk River Machine Company, and Hutchinson Manufacturing). This position would be based out of our Mid-Continent Engineering facility.

Responsibilities for Epicor ERP Specialist

• Design, test, and implement technical solutions Epicor objects & incident fixes
• Leverage existing and future Epicor
• Work with development and integration teams
• Read source documents & enter data in specific data fields
• Assists others by furnishing information and helping with basic problem resolution
• Learn and support various complex custom extensions on top of various tools
• Improve process flow, user documentation for different related modules, enhance user knowledge and competency
• Knowledge of B2B processes, interfaces, and good understanding of the integration of various modules
• Effectively support system users in the compilation, submission, review and approval of ERP data requests
• Lead & support design thinking workshops to promote new & innovative solutions
• Generate business-critical reports for different functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, etc) using Epicor BAQ’s, MS Excel spreadsheets with complex pivot tables, Spreadsheet Server (Epicor Add-on)

Experience and Education

• 5-7 years of experience being a SME of Epicor (all areas) and experience with implementing an Epicor ERP System
• Extensive experience of building solutions in various Epicor modules (Sales, Inventory, Quoting, Order Management, Purchasing, Shipping, BOM, WIP, Costing, Advance Pricing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) and additional knowledge of other modules as required
• Adaptable to change and open to take on new projects when presented
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple task
• Regular Tester with Epicor and SQL knowledge
• Experience with project management a plus
• Computer Science Degree/Background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
