DATA INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

- Micrologic is looking for a skilled Data Integration Specialist to handle the technical aspects of importing, transforming, and validating data from various sources into our systems. This role focuses on data accuracy, integrity, and system compatibility, with a strong emphasis on SQL, Excel, and data transformation processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Import, cleanse, and transform data from multiple vendor sources (e.g., DRB, ICS, Washify) while performing data manipulation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance within target systems.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to validate, analyze, and manage data effectively.
- Analyze datasets to identify anomalies, duplicates, and missing information, implementing corrective measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve database issues, including inconsistencies, missing records, and duplicates.
- Conduct rigorous data quality checks to verify completeness and accuracy of integrated data.
- Collaborate with technical teams and client success teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with system requirements.
- Maintain documentation of data integration processes, mappings, and transformation rules.
- Generate reports summarizing integration results, data quality metrics, and any issues encountered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 years hands-on experience with data integration, data transformation, or ETL processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and manipulating complex datasets.
- Experience working with multiple vendor data formats or systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas) for data analysis and reporting
- ETL/Data Integration
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business software platforms
