Locations: Hartford, CT and Hunt Valley, MD (3 days a week in Office, 2 days remote as per current client requirement. This may be changed overtime.)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate to Candidate: $50/hr on W2 or $55/hr C2C/1099 (All visas on Our W2)

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support project delivery.
You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, manage team performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that impact multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet client requirements.
- Develop and configure software systems across the product lifecycle.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
