Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior OSS Fulfillment Engineer with strong telecom domain expertise to support network provisioning, fulfillment operations, and upgrade validation initiatives.
Required Skills:
5 8 years of experience in OSS / Fulfillment Operations
Strong telecom/network resource provisioning background
Experience validating upgrades for new network elements/vendors
Hands-on exposure to Samsung & Nokia stacks
Strong understanding of 5G architecture and stack concepts
Experience supporting service readiness and operational fulfillment
Knowledge of operations KPIs and reporting requirements
Exposure to Power BI / Tableau is a plus
Comfortable working EST hours
Onsite preferred; offshore acceptable
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fulfillment and provisioning support activities
Perform network upgrade validation for vendor integrations
Support service readiness initiatives
Work closely with operations/reporting teams for KPI alignment
Coordinate across telecom engineering and delivery teams
