Position Overview:

Overview: We’re looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Service consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations in complex enterprise landscapes. This role will own solution design and delivery across S/4HANA Service (Customer/Vendor Warranty claim, Field Service/In-House Repair), tightly integrated with SD, MM, PP, LE, and FI/CO, with a strong focus on warranty (customer and vendor), serialization, and cross-functional processes.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead full lifecycle projects using SAP Activate: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run.
2. Own functional design for S/4HANA Service scenarios: in-house repair (RMA, repair orders, repair quotations), service contracts, service orders, resource planning, time & material, and integration with billing.
3. Design and configure warranty processes: customer and vendor warranty claims, entitlements, authorization checks, parts/labor coverage, credit/debit memo handling, and recovery from vendors.
4. Implement serialization and equipment/master data: equipment records, serial number management, install base, device history, and integration with logistics and finance.
5. Integrate SD with Service for seamless lead-to-cash and service-to-cash: quotations, sales orders, delivery, billing (FI-AR), returns, and repair loops.
6. Define cross-module integration: MM for spare parts planning/procurement, PP/PM/CS as relevant, LE for shipping/returns, FI/CO for revenue recognition, controlling, and settlement.
7. Champion Clean Core: leverage standard processes, Fiori apps, key-user extensibility, and BTP side-by-side extensions where needed.
8. Drive data migration strategy (BP, equipment, installed base, warranties, pricing), test management (unit/SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare.
9. Lead client workshops, write functional specs, guide ABAP/UI5 teams, and deliver end-user training and documentation.
10. Advise on S/4HANA roadmap.

 Required qualifications:

1. 10 years SAP experience with 3 years on S/4HANA Service
2. 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations leading Service scopes.
3. Deep functional expertise in:
1. S/4HANA Service: service contracts, service orders, in-house repair, confirmations, logistics integration, and billing.
2. Warranty management: customer/vendor warranty, claims processing, entitlement checks, recovery processes.
3. Serialization/equipment: serial number management, equipment master, install base/device history.
4. SD core: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit/returns.
4. Proven cross-module integration with MM, LE, and FI/CO; exposure to PP/PM a plus.
5. Hands-on with Fiori apps for Service/SD, output management, and pricing in S/4HANA.
6. Strong testing, data migration, and cutover leadership in complex environments.
7. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
8. Excellent communication skills
9. S/4HANA Service certification.

Preferred:

1. S/4HANA SD certification.
2. Experience with RISE with SAP, Private Cloud deployments.
3. Knowledge of SAP BTP extensibility, CDS views, OData, and integration patterns (e.g., CPI).
4. Field Service integration (planning/dispatching) and mobile service execution experience.
