Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect with strong Global Markets/Capital Markets expertise to define enterprise technology strategy, business capability models, and target-state architecture. This is a strategic role focused on business-to-technology alignment rather than hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise capability blueprints and target-state architecture.
- Assess current technology landscape and recommend modernization strategies.
- Create architecture roadmaps, design documents, and strategy artifacts.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align architecture with business goals.
- Drive enterprise transformation initiatives and architecture governance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and technology strategy.
- Solid knowledge of Global Markets/Capital Markets.
- Experience with Trade Booking, Trade Lifecycle, Pricing, Collateral, Risk, Settlement, and Front Office functions.
- Expertise in business capability mapping and enterprise blueprints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Career progression from Developer → Technical Lead → Solution Architect → Enterprise Architect.
- Ability to work independently and influence executive stakeholders.
