Stain/Glaze Dental Technician

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized Dental Lab Technician with experience in Stain/Glazing to join our team in Livermore, California.

*Qualified candidates with 5 years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Perform minor corrections to porcelain restorations like patching margins or adjusting contours
• Precisely apply stains and glazes to dental restorations according to the dentist’s prescription and shade guide
• Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment
• Inspect restorations for accuracy in color, translucency, and overall appearance before finalizing
• Maintain clean equipment and work area, following proper sanitation protocols
• Additional duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of dental lab techniques, products, materials, and terminology preferred
• Previous experience in relevant field with a good productive mindset and skill set
• High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
• Strong communication skills: ability to identify and address any issues during the fabrication process
• Excellent hand/eye coordination
• Team players are a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
• Ability to multi-task and is self-motivated
• High School diploma or equivalent required
