Position Overview
The Entry-Level Sales Representative supports MicroCool’s sales team by helping identify opportunities, educating customers, and building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone motivated to start a career in technical or industrial sales, with training provided on products, applications, and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn MicroCool products, systems, and applications
- Assist with inbound and outbound sales activities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Help prepare quotes, proposals, and basic system recommendations
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM
- Support follow-ups, scheduling, and sales coordination
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to understand system capabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn technical products and industry applications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software
Preferred
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Interest in agriculture, manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial systems
- CRM experience
