As a Senior District Client Engagement Manager (DCEM) you will be responsible for overseeing client satisfaction, retention and growth while managing key clients, coaching junior staff and ensuring exceptional and consistent customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of CEMs to develop skills through increased learning and team collaboration for best business practices.
- Drive regional growth & conduct quarterly, comprehensive, funnel reviews to include Must-Wins, Data Integrity, Block Diagrams, Top Projects & Resource Alignment.
- Focus on Key Regional KPIs; continue to drive KCTs with focus clients.
- Contribute and participate within a global team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies across clients’ divisions and geographical locations.
- Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients.
- Demonstrate success managing manufacturers’ representatives and commission programs
- Adept at managing direct, manufactures representatives, and distribution as a cohesive team to drive sales results.
- Operates successfully with C-Suite within company and clients.
- Demonstrates strong financial responsibility with a full understanding of regional and corporate balance sheets.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent sales experience); Technical degree preferred.
- 15 years of semiconductor sales responsibility that demonstrates a strong client engagement track record.
- Minimum of 5 years successfully managing sales professionals.
- Proficient in essential competencies including problem-solving, program management, management of major accounts with an adept knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
