Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer for Microchip's dsPIC Microcontroller Division at our headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. Duties include:

• Leading new product development teams
• Creating, maintaining and communicating project schedules
• Leading technical discussions and debug sessions
• Interfacing with new product team, supervisor, support groups and management on project status and product health
  
  

Job will also include the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and project teammates. The ideal candidate will excel at critical thinking, strategic planning, and have strong problem solving and technical skills.

Requirements/Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE with 5-7 years of industry experience (or equivalent)
• Expertise with MS Project and other Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and new product development flows
• Project management skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304 - $205,000.*
