Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support production, supply chain, and capacity planning in the fast-paced semiconductor industry. This role develops reports that enable data-driven planning decisions
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support production, supply chain, and capacity planning
- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting planning decisions
- Collaborate with planning and cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and data reliability
- Support ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to address changing business needs
- Ensure consistent data definitions, metrics, and visualization standards across reports
- Document report logic, data sources, and business assumptions
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience developing Tableau dashboards for operational or planning use
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industry preferred
