Job Description
- Design of analog and mixed-signal building blocks; i.e. Bias Reference, Voltage Regulator, PLL, ADC, DAC, operational amplifiers, filters, High speed SerDes, etc.
- Simulate designs with CAD tools
- Work with team members to verify functions/performance in module and system levels
- Perform mixed-signal simulations
- Guide the layout designer of circuit blocks for high speed performance and meet design rules
- Document designs and simulation results and conduct design reviews
- Operate lab equipment to validate silicon against chip and system specifications
- Education: BS is required, MSEE is preferred
- 10 years of analog design experience
- 5 years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design
- Experience with Cadence Design Environment and circuit simulators
- experience in nano meter processes and FinFET transistor circuit design
