- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the AOI machine.
- Demonstrate the ability to load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate.
- Proficiency with and working knowledge of Microboard MIS (Aegis) software is required.
- Component Identification training is required.
- IPC 610 Certification required.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills such as, shutdown, startup, and navigate folders
