Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our manufacturing team in a hands-on assembly role. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a structured environment and are comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of basic, repetitive assembly operations under close supervision in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow detailed product method sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures to accurately complete assigned tasks.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and simple machinery to assemble components according to specifications.
• Conduct routine visual inspections of products to identify defects or inconsistencies and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, or quality concerns.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Minimal technical experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
