Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanic and maintaining various types of equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTOPN:· Inspect equipment, complete routine maintenance . Set up and calibrate equipment and product needs to maintain efficient, accurate and high customer satisfaction. Accurately read, understood, and carried out written instructions. Required to do PM weekly to maintain production. Perform general facility maintenance to interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment. Experience reading hydraulic schematics, troubleshooting hydraulic issues, and repair valves, cylinders, and pumps. PM Machines, familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics..
Fluent use of hand tools
Use of power tools to fabricate machine parts necessary to maintain and update machinery.
Analyzes test results and repairs or adjusts equipment according to analysis.
Records test results and writes report on fabrication techniques used.
Calibrates instruments according to specifications.
Perform PM's on production equipment
Understand and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Perform and document preventive maintenance on the production equipment as well as on the production support equipment.
Work with production automation equipment like robots, palletizers, case erectors and high-speed jet printers.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance.
Comply with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EHS rules and requirements.
Other duties and activities as assigned.
Follows FDA GMP’s regarding food contact packaging as it pertains to the employee.
Practices good housekeeping including clutter-free work area and general cleaning.
Follows product safety standards, follows IPC product defense standards, and complies with all SQF requirements.

· High school diploma or GED
· At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
· Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
· Able to lift and move heavy objects
· OSHA 10 certification preferred
