Coating Technician / Machine Operator (Cleanroom) Westford or Tynsgboro
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Shift : 1st ( 7:00am-3:30 pm) 2nd (3:30pm-12:00am)
We are currently hiring a Coating Technician to support sputter deposition processes in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. This role involves operating vacuum chamber equipment, following detailed procedures, and working closely with engineering teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate vacuum chambers for sputter deposition processes
- Set up and run coating equipment with defined configurations
- Monitor processes and capture data to ensure quality standards
- Maintain equipment and support process improvements
- Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
- Operate up to 3 machines simultaneously as needed
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- US citizen or Perm Resident
