Influencer Outreach Coordinator

Micro Paradox is looking for an organized, creative, and social media-savvy temporary Influencer Outreach Coordinator to grow the presence of its direct-to-consumer brand, MicroStarts. This person's primary responsibilities will be to identify, vet, and connect with relevant content creators and secure collaborations that compliment MicroStarts' development goals. About Us

Micro Paradox is a specialty plant laboratory that produces disease-free, lab-propagated plants for commercial nurseries across the United States and internationally. Our plants are grown using tissue culture, a propagation method that ensures they are clean, uniform, and true to type.

Micro Paradox offers a unique work environment: a small, highly technical operation where the work is hands-on, our products and services continue to grow and evolve, and the impact of what we produce can be seen in grocery stores and plant nurseries in the United States and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Identify relevant content creators and gather data to determine their fit for collaborations
• Reach out to content creators, answering questions and working to finalize collaboration plans and goals
• Once collaborations are approved, work with the MicroStarts team to ensure collaboration material is sent and to ensure that collaborations are completed
• Monitor the quality of collaboration deliverables and effectiveness of collaborations
• Work with marketing team and brand development stakeholders to ensure outreach efforts compliment current product offerings
• Explore new content ideas, trends, and storytelling formats
• Experiment with new platforms and creative approaches

What We're Looking For

• Preferred:
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
    
  • Strong written communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bonus Experience:
  • Plant knowledge or horticulture background
  • Experience growing social media accounts

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-20.00/hour, depending on experience
• Remote work available
