What You’ll Do
As a BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and engaging potential clients who align with our Ideal Customer Profile. Your day-to-day will include:
- Researching and building prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Qualifying leads through discovery calls and email outreach
- Connecting with decision-makers (Operations Managers, Plant Managers, IT Directors)
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to refine messaging and strategy
- Tracking progress in CRM and hitting KPIs for outreach and lead generation
- Staying informed on industry trends to position our solutions effectively
What You Bring
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or manufacturing tech preferred)
- Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus
