Role Description
Micro Center is seeking a full-time Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate to join our team on-site at our Round Rock, TX location. As a key team member, you will assist customers with product selection, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the store’s visual presentation, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service to promote a positive shopping experience. You will also assist with inventory management, contribute to sales targets, and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, or electronic devices is highly beneficial
- Ability to organize and maintain retail displays while ensuring accurate product information
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as restocking shelves and handling inventory
