What You'll Do
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; keep logs current and the field unblocked
- Coordinate subcontractors and support buyout, scopes, and change orders
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and document control
- Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and long-lead management
- Review drawings and specs; flag conflicts and constructability issues early
- Assist with cost tracking, budgets, and pay applications
- Support QC walks, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout
- Work closely with superintendents and self-perform crews in the field
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related — or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years with a commercial general contractor as a PE or APM
- Working knowledge of RFI/submittal workflows, subcontractor coordination, and cost basics
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore or similar), Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, team-first mindset
