We are an interior design and project execution firm based in Miami, specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects. The company was founded in 2017 by Agustina Fernández and Victoria Cufré.
Role Objectives
Lead and coordinate interior design and construction projects from the design phase through final delivery, ensuring budget control, timeline compliance, high-quality execution, and proper management of vendors and contractors. This role is focused on ensuring:
• Timeline compliance
• Controlled budget deviations
• High client satisfaction
• Cost optimization
• High-quality final execution
Main Responsibilities
1. Project Management
• Planning and tracking project timelines
• Coordination between design team, construction team, and vendors
• Supervision of on-site execution (finishes, installations, details)
• Quality control and compliance with standards
2. Drawing Review and Interpretation
• Technical analysis of architectural, electrical, plumbing, and detailed drawings
• Detection of inconsistencies and proactive resolution
• Coordination with architects and designers for technical adjustments
3. Budgeting and Financial Control
• Preparation and analysis of budgets
• Comparison of quotations
• Negotiation with vendors
• Tracking of actual vs. projected costs
• Resource optimization without compromising design or quality
4. Materials and Specifications
• Technical knowledge of materials (microcement, natural stone, porcelain, millwork, metals, lighting, etc.)
• Evaluation of durability, maintenance, and performance
• Coordination of purchasing and delivery timelines
• Sample control and final approval
5. Vendors and Contractors Management
• Selection and evaluation of vendors
• Price and terms negotiation
• Coordination of deliveries to site
• Conflict resolution and performance tracking
Requirements
• Proven experience in interior design and/or construction
• Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written)
• Strong ability to read drawings
• Technical knowledge of finishes and construction systems
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Vendor management and negotiation skills
• Excel proficiency
• Preferred: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
• Preferred: experience in residential and commercial projects
