Employment Services Specialist
- Provides reception/front desk responsibilities such as greeting customers, determining the reason for their visit, providing services and directing them to the appropriate staff or service
- Provides support for the resource room and other office functions, including Employment Services
- Maintain current working knowledge of guidelines, rules and regulations of consortium programs
- Explain services and programs available to customers
- Maintain awareness of community resources and labor market information
- Enter data into approved systems, such as, OSMIS, Excel, and other databases
- Reports to the area manager or designee
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Position is for Arenac County Michigan Works Office
