Duties
- Oversee setup, calibration, and operation of industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and print quality
- Implement color management techniques to achieve consistent color reproduction aligned with client specifications
- Interpret production documents, job orders, and technical specifications to facilitate accurate print runs
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the printing process to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of machine operation, maintenance schedules, and production outputs
- Train team members on press operation, safety protocols, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience operating various printing offset printing presses
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to adjust machinery for optimal output
- Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and efficiently
- Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and guide a team of press operators
