Fleet Mechanic – Step Vans / Delivery Trucks
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair FedEx/UPS-style delivery vehicles, including Ford F-59 step vans and similar light- to medium-duty trucks.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance
- Inspect and repair brake systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Service steering, suspension, cooling, and charging systems
- Complete routine fleet inspections
- Identify safety concerns before vehicles return to service
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Experience working on step vans, delivery trucks, or commercial fleet vehicles
- Familiarity with Ford F-59 chassis is strongly preferred
- Ability to perform brake repairs, oil changes, and general maintenance independently
- Must have your own basic tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Diesel experience and ASE certifications are a plus but not required
Pay: $26.52 - $31.94 per hour
