The following are specific job functions that are the direct responsibility of the Sales Support Specialist:
- Verify paperwork accuracy of all new installation, add-on and service jobs.
- Perform any additional (#2, #3, etc.) checks on jobs as needed.
- Prepare an organized drive folder for projects.
- Update CRM (Sunbase) work order with ancillary information and ensure accuracy.
- Keep track of residential loans from QC #1 to close out.
- Ensure loans are in good standing for close out.
- Support the change order process and validate customer participation in job prerequisites.
- Cancellation processing support for all residential projects.
- Provide interdepartmental support for associate employees regarding job processing.
- Support special projects and department cross-training.
