Human Resource Assistant-Part-Time

This individual will play an important role in promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and employee well-being while supporting a wide range of HR initiatives. Job Tasks

·        Maintain, organize, and update employee records, digital files, and confidential HR documentation.

·        Assist with new-hire onboarding, including paperwork, employee photos and bios, contact lists, and required reporting forms.

·        Track employee training completion, upload records into the HR system, and maintain backup copies.

·        Monitor upcoming 90-day annual performance evaluations, assign employee self-evaluations, and notify managers of upcoming reviews.

·        Maintain HR calendars, work anniversary records, and employee information.

·        Complete monthly audits of employee hours.

·        Update the monthly workplace safety board and contribute safety information to the company newsletter.

·        Assist with scheduling training sessions, organizing training materials, and responding to employee inquiries.

·        Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), surveys, PowerPoint presentations, and other HR materials.

·        Support ongoing HR projects and perform other duties as assigned by the HR manager.

Qualifications:

·        Positive attitude with a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn HR software.
