Duties
- Monitor pool activity continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR when necessary
- Assist guests with pool access, answer questions, and provide excellent guest services to enhance their visit
- Maintain safety equipment such as rescue tubes, life hooks, and first aid supplies in ready condition
- Document incidents, safety checks, and maintenance activities accurately in logs
- Record ride capacity
Requirements
- Ability to swim confidently and perform water rescues under pressure
- Ability to swim a distance of 100 yards using crawl or breast stroke without resting.
- Complete a feet first dive and retrieve a 10 lb. brick from a depth of 6 feet.
- Tread water without using arms for 1 minute.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and active movement throughout shifts
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Attend continuing training every month.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
