- Be the Ultimate Group Experience Guide Serve as the go-to contact for group leaders, delivering friendly, fast, and enthusiastic service from first inquiry to final ride-ensuring every visit is smooth, memorable, and stress-free.
- Create Irresistible Park Packages Build custom experiences that go beyond admission-combining thrilling rides with catered meals, reserved seating, exclusive perks, and special pricing to match each group's needs and budget.
- Showcase the Enchantment Deliver engaging presentations (in-person and virtual) that highlight the park's attractions, events, and group benefits-turning interest into confirmed bookings.
- Make Every Visit Run Like a Ride on Rails Partner with foodbeverage, operations, and guest services teams to coordinate seamless group visits, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.
- Hit Sales Goals with Energy and Enthusiasm Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong pipelines, closing deals, and upselling exciting add-ons that enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or event sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Experience in corporate sales, group sales, or event planning, including buyouts, meetings, and catered events
- Strong prospecting and business development skills, with the ability to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline
