Responsibilities
- Travel among our 5 Locations (Alma, Midland, St. Johns, Howell, Jackson)
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities
- Interpret and work from schematics for repairs
- Conduct mechanical repairs as needed
- Oversee painting and minor renovations
- Maintain safety standards within the facility
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Assist with facility upgrades as required.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices
- Basic residential painting skills preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Supervisory experience is a plus
